  • Form dough into a ball and freeze until the dough is cold.
  • Once dough is cold, preheat your oven to 325 F.
  • Form the dough into 1″ balls and place 2 inches apart on a parchment lined baking tray.
  • Bake approximately 11 minutes on the center rack. They may look underdone when you first take them out. Let cookies cool on the baking tray at least 5 minutes before touching, during which time they will firm up.

Storage Suggestions

  • Countertop storage: If you plan to consume your cookies within 1-2 days, you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature. Be sure to keep them away from direct sunlight or heat sources, which can cause them to become stale or soften.

Refrigeration: If you need to store your cookies for a longer period, you can place them in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to one week. Before serving, let them come to room temperature for 10-15 minutes to regain their texture and flavor.

Freezer storage: To store your cookies for an extended period, you can freeze them. Place the cookies in an airtight container or freezer bag, and they will stay fresh for up to three months. When ready to enjoy, simply let them thaw at room temperature for 20-30 minutes or warm them in the oven for a few minutes to regain their freshness.
