How do you store vegan tacos?

My house can’t be the only one that never has much left after a taco dinner. Many of these ingredients can be stored in air-tight containers for 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator. Toss them in the freezer to add several weeks or months to their life. Always check for freshness of each item before consuming.
