I have recently discovered Kale (esp. in my green smoothies) so I will have to give this a try! Thanks!
Recently we’ve noticed a number of terrific recipes on EDB. Tonight we enjoyed the Kale and Apple Salad. We found it to be incredibly wholesome, hearty, and delicious, especially with a slice of whole wheat bread. Half of the receipe was more than enough to provide a wonderful dinner for two. Who would have thought that nutricious could be so delicious?!!
