How To Order Vegan Food At IHOP

When ordered directly from the menu, Rice & Barley Medley with Steamed Fresh Broccoli is a solid vegan meal to get you through the day!

Pancakes, crepes, waffles, burgers and sandwiches contain non-vegan ingredients like butter, cheese, cream, eggs, meat and milk. Vegan alternatives to these ingredients are not yet available at IHOP.

Salads are highly customizable to fit your vegan preference. IHOP’s 3 salad dressings, however, are not vegan friendly. You may opt for extra avocadoes or applesauce and order a bowl of seasonal fruit to complete your delicious vegan salad!

⚠ Fried options are cooked in the same oil as menu items that contain non-vegan ingredients. You can decide if these fit your dietary preferences.

Best IHOP Vegan Food Options

  1. Rice & Barley Medley – Packed with nutrients, this dish will surely cover your day with energy!
  2. Seasonal Fresh Fruit – A juicy concoction of fruits. To satisfy your sweet tooth, drizzle some of their Old-Fashioned syrup (also vegan 😉).
  3. Buttered Toast – Request without butter. Order sliced avocadoes and have fun building your own vegan avocado toast!
  4. Side Salad – Leave out the Balsamic Vinaigrette to make this option vegan. You may order tortilla, applesauce, and avocado to create a delightful vegan wrap!
  5. Hash Browns – If you don’t mind shared fryers, these treats will hit the spot to your potato-cravings.
