Win a Copy of The Art of Raw Food

The Art of Raw Food

Incorporating more raw foods into our diets is a great way to get more vitamins, nutrients, and energy from many of the foods that we eat. The trouble with raw food is that for many, it seems inaccessible. Jens Casupei and Vibeke Kaupert are looking to change that with their new book, The Art of Raw Food.

According to the publisher:

Fortunately, a raw food diet is not only good for you, but itโ€™s also within easy reach. The recipes, ranging from chile sin carne to sun-dried tomato pesto and decadent chocolate mousse, take minutes to prepare and require no special equipment. The Art of Raw Food is proof positive that life beyond processed food can be both easy and utterly delicious.

The book features 140 recipes with beautiful photos, and the publishers are being kind enough to give away one copy to a lucky Eat Drink Better reader! Want to win yourself a copy of The Art of Raw Food? Just leave a comment on this entry for a name in the hat!

  15. I love exploring new recipes and food. I’m a vegetarian. Recently on the travel channel, Andrew Zimmerman visited a woman who was all about raw cooking and eating and shared a number of her recipes, with including using nuts, raw veggies, etc. I think recreating recipes that normally calls for cooking but the uncook way is a wonderful alternative.

  17. I’ve been thinking about adding a lot more raw food to my diet, but I admit that I find the idea a bit daunting. I could use a little direction. :)

  18. Know what is cool about raw food? There is more of it than we realize. When I was in Mexico I saw people eating the most delicious raw food I never heard of. Made me want to join in to try….then fell for it wanting more. Raw cactus to name one. The fruit of the cactus was delish too…watery, juicy. So explore! There is more than meets the eye.

  19. I will love to get a copy of this book. I have being going on a Raw Food Diet for two month now and I find it not only exotic but very healthy.
