For whatever reason you might be drawn to upping your all-natural juice intake, and for whatever duration, it is a great way to get a high volume of nutrients in a small package.
Over the years, I’ve wandered in and out of various states of vegan and vegetarian and even had a few years as an omnivore (but only ate very carefully chosen responsibly raised meats). My downfall has always been cheese. Do they have a 12-step program for cheese – just cheese? I need it.
Now, there is a new vegan documentary on the block. Vegucated makes more apparent the tie between eating vegan and making a conscious decision not to support industrial agriculture. But it also shows that eschewing meat and dairy isn’t just a walk in the park. It can be a really trying experience, even if you strongly feel it is the ethical choice for you.
