Protein Ninja is the newest book from award-winning chef and prolific cookbook author Terry Hope Romero. She gives us about 100 ways to feed our omnivore friends the protein they need to stop asking THAT question.
Terry Hope Romero, author of Veganomicon, Vegan Pie in the Sky, and Viva Vegan!, has written a new cookbook, Vegan Eats World, containing “three hundred international recipes for savoring the planet”. Her latest cookbook was inspired, as she says, by the diversity of her own neighborhood of Queens, New York.
Delicious TV is now developing a six episode season of a half-hour cooking show called Vegan Mashup, especially for public television stations. Sorry for those overseas, Vegan Mashup is currently only in the works for the United States. On board for the cooking portion are Terry Hope Romero, Toni Fiore and Miyoko Schinner. They plan to share recipes near to their hearts ranging from appetizers to desserts.
