Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) is threatening to sue McDonald’s if they don’t take the toys out of their Happy Meals. Their argument is that including toys deceptively markets to children, and they’re giving the fast food giant 30 days to voluntarily change the practice. Here’s an excerpt from the letter:
