GD Meg and I are always learning new ways to stay healthy through the food we eat and serve. We are both foodies. There are some ingredients that each of us keep in our respective kitchens (and the green diva test kitchen @ GDHQ) for those creative moments when we need to throw something nutritious together for ourselves or our families.
Was great to be back in the studio with a full crew and some extras! We got caught up a bit and talked about an article I’d written for our local daily newspaper about a few simple eco-resolutions we could consider for the New Year, which led to a discussion on strategies for succeeding with them!
We had a really lively conversation about living with less and designing a life – from architecture to selectively choosing the products we use to our lifestyles – that accomodates less stuff.
