Are you a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts’ Red Velvet Latte? 68 grams of sugar are coming your way. Happy to enjoy a Jamba Juice Eggnog Jubilee? 96 grams of sugar will enter your body.
By the way, the American Heart Association recommends women consume no more than 6 teaspoons (about 24 grams of sugar) a day and men no more than 9 teaspoons (about 36 grams). Sugar has been linked to many ugly conditions, like diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, depression, and headaches.
