October is No GMO Month, but with all of the high fructose corn syrup-sweetened candy out there for Halloween, it’s a tough time to cut out the GMOs!

Halloween candy is often chock full of high fructose corn syrup, which is usually made from genetically modified corn. What do you guys think? Is October the wrong month to ask folks to ditch the GMOs, or is this candy-laden season the perfect opportunity to raise awareness?
