Kids love to play with their food. Rather than scold them, Aleena from The Hokey Pokey Kitchen put this tendency to good use and created an edible abacus for her little ones. I think this would be a great way to get your kids to eat some healthy food! What if you put grape tomatoes, slices of cucumber and other fresh fruits and veggies on there with some dressing on the side for dipping? You could also use whole grain bread to up the health factor even more.
