I live with my fiance, and we are on completely opposite schedules. We used to eat out, but those leftovers would often never be put to use, or would spoil quickly. We now alternate cooking meals and we plan so we can save a portion for the other person. We also make sure the meals could be put to good use another day as well, in case of extras!
