Simple, 5-ingredients energy bars that are good for you while still tasting great.

Coconut Date Bars

(makes 4 bars)

Ingredients

  • 10 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/8 C almonds
  • 14 g shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 a vanilla bean, finely chopped
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and combine until mixture sticks together.
  • Form into bars

    I can’t say it looks as good as it taste, but it sounds delicious! Coconut date bars just sound delicious, it sounds pretty healthy too. I think I might just try it even though it might not look as appetizing.

    I can’t wait to try this out. I’ve been trying to work out my body to be more healthy, but I as well need to eat healthy! I think these bars would be great a snack after a great workout.
