Memorial Day Crowd Pleaser: Strawberry-Vanilla Spritzer

strawberry vanilla spritzer recipe

“Juicing is one of the best ways for getting the good stuff (you know, all those nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants you’ve been trying to incorporate in your everyday diet) into your body. And, the best part? No fruit or vegetable is off limits. Just pick up whatever is fresh at the market and let the juicing begin.”

Looking for a healthy and refreshing drink for your Memorial Day gathering? Break out the juicer and make this deceptively simple non-acholohic spritzer recipe from the new paperback cookbook Juice It! by Robin Asbell. It is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

The blend of apple juice with sweet berries and a hint of vanilla makes a delicious drink. The sparkling water is refreshing and adds a little tingle.

  • 1/2 cup sparkling water

Cooking Directions
