30 Second Guacamole Recipe: Instaguac!

30 Second Guacamole Recipe

If you’re planning a party and need to throw together a last minute snack in a hurry, you don’t have to sacrifice your whole food values. Check out this 30 second guacamole recipe!

This is something that I have made quite a few times, and it works so well! I’d fallen out of this habit until my friend Ashley at A Cook in the Making shared her own instaguac recipe earlier this week.

Are you ready?

If you’ve never done this, it might blow your mind a little bit.

  • about 1/4 cup fresh salsa – Choose a brand that doesn’t use any artificial ingredients. They exist, and they make the best instaguac.
  • 1 Haas avocado

  • Mash together the avocado and the salsa.

Bam! You can serve your instaguac with your chip of choice, fresh veggies, or use it to top a bowl of black beans and rice. It also makes a yummy sandwich spread. Anywhere you’d use guac, you can use instaguac!
