Simple, 5-ingredients energy bars that are good for you while still tasting great.
Coconut Date Bars
(makes 4 bars)
- 10 pitted medjool dates
- 1/8 C almonds
- 14 g shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 a vanilla bean, finely chopped
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and combine until mixture sticks together.
- Form into bars
