Are you guys getting into Veg Week? Yesterday I shared one of my favorite chili recipes, but if you’re planning to go veg for the whole week, chances are you need a few other ideas for vegan or vegetarian eats. Here are 10 recipes to keep you fueled and satisfied all Veg Week long!

You might think that cooking vegan food has to be time-consuming, but that’s a total myth! Cooking vegan food doesn’t have to take a lot of time, and it doesn’t have to be expensive, either. What I love about Veg Week is that it’s a chance for folks to give eating vegan a try and hopefully learn that cruelty-free food can be as simple as it is healthy and delicious!
