Vegan writer, speaker, chef, and nonviolence advocate Colleen Patrick-Goudreau recently released the innovative multimedia 30-Day Vegan Challenge program, offering comprehensive guidance to anyone interested in exploring more compassionate food choices. Colleen Patrick-Goudreau contributes to National Public Radio and the Christian Science Monitor, and has appeared on PBS and the Food Network. Often called ‘the vegan Martha Stewart,’ she’s been profiled by numerous publications as a powerful force in the vegan food movement.

The 30-Day Vegan Challenge

Through an innovative new multimedia program, Colleen offers comprehensive guidance and support to anyone interested in exploring vegan habits. Since changing any habit can be difficult, the 30-Day Vegan Challenge offers information, insight, advice, and empowerment during the transition towards healthy veggie ways.

Think of the 30-day Vegan Challenge as kindergarten-through-grad-school, for the veg-curious! It’s basically everything you always wanted to know about veganism, but were afraid to try.

In a day-by-day format featuring written, audio, and video content, the program covers every aspect of vegan eating: meeting nutritional needs, stocking a healthy vegan pantry, finding harmony in a mixed vegan-nonvegan household, baking without eggs, demystifying tofu, exploring new foods, dining out, dealing with the social aspects of eating vegan in a nonvegan world… and of course the 30-day Vegan Challenge offers tons of recipes and menu ideas, to get you off to a delicious start!
