Oh, garlic! You are as delicious as you are good for us, but you are kind of annoying to peel. Here’s a video showing you how to peel garlic – a whole head of the stuff! – in less time than it takes to wash your knife.
The trouble with using fresh garlic in cooking is that it’s kind of a production, isn’t it? Once you start peeling, it gets sticky, stinky, and makes a huge mess.
