  1. CCV in Austin has closed the trailer and opened a restaurant. However, Austin is getting it’s first vegetarian/vegan food truck next month, which you can read about in the early summer issue of Austin Vegetarian Living at http://www.VegNetAustin.org.

  2. Anne says:

Wow, I had no idea there were vegan food trucks, never mind so many in major cities. This is great news, I can’t wait to share this with a few of my friends. Vegan is definitely starting to stand up and be counted. I grow my own veggies in my garden, the healthiest way to eat and live.
