What Avocados Are Good For & Another Guacamole Recipe
Another Guacamole Recipe (or Several)
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- olive oil
- Bragg liquid aminos (or salt)
- 1 plum tomato (optional, but wouldn’t skip it)
- salsa (optional, but very good in there)
- corn (optional, but very good in there)
- black olives (optional)
- raw cashews (optional)
- cheese (optional)
- cayenne powder (optional)
How to Make:
- cut and then mash the (ripe) avocado
- mix with a little olive oil and Bragg liquid aminos or salt to taste.. (I prefer aminos to salt in many situations, but especially in guac)
- add in the plum tomato chopped into small or medium-sized pieces
- add in the salsa
- add in some corn kernels from a jar or shave them off a fresh cob of corn
- add in some whole or slices olives
- add in some raw cashews (boiled briefly if you prefer them softer)
- add in some grated vegan or non-vegan cheese
- add in a tad of cayenne powder (careful)
- put on rice cakes, serve with chips, put on bread, or serve on its own
Hope you enjoy the recipe above (or some form of it)!
