5 Vegan Cocktails for Your New Year’s Party

5. Vegan White Russian
Over at VegWeb, there’s a super simple recipe for mixing up a vegan white Russian (or El Duderino, if you’re not into the whole brevity thing). All you really need to do is replace the milk with soy creamer.
You can actually replace milk or cream with your favorite vegan milk alternative to veganize all sorts of dairy-based drink recipes. Be forewarned: like the VegWeb recipe suggests, soy milk will curdle in certain drinks. You might want to mix up a test glass before serving a veganized cocktail to guests, just to be on the safe side. It’s still drinkable if it curdles, but it’s not so appetizing-looking.
Do you guys have a favorite vegan cocktail? Spill it in the comments!
