A couple of Christmases ago, I got super ambitious and whipped up a batch of my own wine to share. It was super fun mashing the grapes, straining into bottles, and creating my own tags, and my friends really dug the unique gifts. The recipes are nearly all under 400 calories and many are under 200, while still being filling and nutritious. I recommend this cookbook for anyone, vegan or not.
