My family loves mushrooms, I’ve always thought about growing my own but never have. We love to eat fresh button mushrooms, in about everything.

I live in the Northeast and this time of year(fall) is my favorite time for wild mushrooms.There are many varieties and all of them are delicious. My favorite one is the one I happen to be eating at the time!
My favorite mushroom is the black trumpet.
Mushrooms – any & all I’ve tried I like. I find the button & portobellos just about in all the stores, so I tend to use them more often. What’s not to love about such earthy tasting morsels!!
