Fall is my absolute favorite season.  Leaves changing, crisp air, apple orchards, it doesn’t get much better than this! Unfortunately, it’s also the perfect time of the year to get a cold. I find that it’s always best to take care of yourself and to keep your immune system in superb order before you get that dreaded cold. Drinking home made juices and smoothies are a great way to get your daily dose of cold and flu fighting vitamins.
