I don't have as many years of history with Coca-Cola as you do, but I went from a three-can-a-day habit in college to never buying any. I've been known to drink a soda maybe once a week; probably less. I've switched over entirely to coffee, tea, water, and juice. I have a lot more energy now that I don't have all that sugar in my diet. I've lost weight, and my teeth are healthier. Maybe you ought to consider cutting back. You seem to have a vaguely guilty attitude about your habit. Listen to that and do something about it. You sure sound like a confessed addict to me.
