Blackbird Bakery is all about the art of gluten-free baking by Karen Morgan. When Karen was diagnosed with Celiac disease years ago she struggled to find desserts that could satisfy her desires, and soon her destiny as a gluten-free baker was realized as she found her perfect personal cooking niche. Reaching out to the gluten-free world she started her food blog, The Art of Gluten-Free Cooking.

Shown above is a lemon trifle with Mexican vanilla custard and sliced almond cream and a fig paired, white truffle infused panna cotta dish.If you are a restaurant owner interested in adding a gluten-free dessert to your menu, Blackbird Bakery customizes desserts to match the spirit and theme of your restaurant.

“Visually elegant and savorous, you’ll never have to say “no” to another client seeking a gluten-free option at the end of a meal.”

Blackbird Bakery is truly unique in that they will customize a one-of-a-kind catered recipe specific to each individual restaurant menu seeking out that authentic gluten-free option. I’m curious about an all organic and gluten-free option for special events that need catering.
