This interview rocked. I sent it along to my daughter, who's an aspiring chef. She'll love it!

What a great interview!! Bryant Terry is awesome. Eating locally is not only better for the environment, but I agree, it also tastes better, as well as helps local economies.

I'm a food enthusiast, and I intern at a place called the Eat Well Guide (www.eatwellguide.org), an online directory of small-scale, sustainable farms, markets, restaurants and other distributors of good, clean food throughout the US and Canada.

It's a super useful tool for all of you who are local food fans to find sustainable food in your area! Just thought I would share!
