I eat organic beef so that I don't get the hormones for me and my family. This seems to be resonating around the country. CNBC reports that with all the concern in the country over the beef recall of the last few months, sales at the largest organic beef company Dakota Beef LLC, are exploding. Dakota Beef can also be found at Costco stores all over the country.

I continue to be amazed at the unintended health consequences of the use of organochlorines. I wonder if activity releases these compounds into our bloodstream, do they also find their way into the milk of lactating mothers? And what effect would this have on a baby's metabolism? It makes one shudder to think of all the further ramifications. Thanks for writing this interesting (albeit frightening!) article.
